Automotive Recovery Bureau LLC consists of family owned, and operated recovery agents, Jeff Woolfenden, and David Stockwell. We started our brand new recovery agency in the Orlando area, in 2006. The worst part of starting a Recovery agency is the almighty "INSURANCE". In the start of Florida there is a ridiculous new law that does not require insurance for a recovery agency. We did not want to be one of these numerous companies, and wanted to make sure we found the best insurance possible. When we met Rich Garner with The Garner Group, it was like the clouds parted, and the sunrays shined upon my partner and I. We tried 6 different companies, and every one of them turned us down for one ridiculous reason or another. Either we were not in business long enough, or we didn't meet their petty requirements. The Garner Group walked us through the entire process, and made it very user friendly. The rates were extremely affordable. Jeff and I would like to thank Rich and his entire staff for everything they have done. If there is another recovery agency out there that is looking for a company to use, you will not be disappointed in The Garner Group, they are prompt, and very approachable..
